We are moving on Saturday and are waiting for our EAD/AP and are hoping to get the approval any day. How long after you put in a change of address to USCIS does it go into place? Right away? I sure would hate to change it today and them still mail it to our old place.

Anyone that was in the same situation before do you have any advice?

once you do the adresse change with USCIS

I would go to the post office and have them forward all mail to your new adress

incase USCIS sends it to your old ady at least the post office will forward it

I didn't think that the post office could forward mail from the USCIS.

I recieved my Reminder of removing of condition letter from USCIS today forwarded to my new adress by the post office , so yes the post office does forward USCIS mail to your new adresse ,

if you dont trust the forward you could also put your mail on hold at the post office
