Apparently.

Come to think of it, are there even any males on here?

Other than Varba and uh... um.

Well I know there's two active ones anyway.

There are a few. Varba, Wyatt, charles (though I haven't seen him much lately)... erm.

Though it seems as if the women are the only ones who post in the "ohsh1t what am I forgetting?" threads. Hm, wonder why, haha.

Bowflex, Rob and Mel, DeadPoolx... that's all I got.

But to continue the menstrual cycle discussion, if the little pills in the package didn't change colors around that time, I wouldn't know when mine was coming either :P

Edit: Flames! and Mikey78!

To be honest, I was on the weekly patch thing... it's pretty awesome... but I went off it for the last couple of months (cause let's face it, I'm not getting any at the moment :P ) to allow my body to regulate itself, and so I could keep a better eye on what side effects were doing to me... and now I have no clue when to expect Aunt Flo, cause I lost track...

ok... have we taken this thread too far?

I've never had a chest x-ray before. I don't even know what they'd be looking for! And I've never really had bloodwork done, but I donated blood once, and had a titre test for the chicken pox thing, but in recent years that's about it. I guess it's because I really have no clue since I haven't been to a doctor in YEARS other than a few walk in clinic visits. I don't really know what to expect, or if they'll find something. lol

I think they're looking for TB when they do the chest x-ray.

If we are talking menstrual cycles mine is messed up and I spent yesterday in the hospital over it. I've been having a non-stop period since October 11th. I am going to get an ultrasound next week to see what's going on in there. All of my lab work that they ran yesterday came back fine.

Bowflex, Rob and Mel, DeadPoolx... that's all I got.

I email Sean posts from this website all the time, but otherwise he would never read it. He is so not concerned with the paperwork it is frustrating. I mean he does what I ask him to do, but he's not worried about it.

Right with you there, Arabella.

Ben couldn't care less. I mean, he knows I get frustrated with it, and he'll ###### about how long it takes just to get me across the border, but outside of that, I did it all myself. He'll gather what I ask (or at least hand over account passwords so I can do it myself), but otherwise he's just not all that concerned.

I'm sorry to hear about your health issues. I had a three-month period on my first attempt at birth control (which I actually started to regulate haha) and was put on Alesse... What a demon of a pill.

Hopefully you get that figured out soon. (hug)

Thanks Sam. I'm not on any birthcontrol or hormones. I have an IUD that is hormone-free called ParaGard. I've had it since 2005 so I doubt that's the cause. I actually think it might be fibroids in my uterus. When I was pregnant with Emma my doctor thought I was pregnant with twins- but it was Emma and a fibroid that ended up going away by the time she was born. She'll be 5 in March, so I wouldn't be surprised if I have some fibroids that are making me bleed so much.

You said it was surprising that she didn't take a look down there at your lady business - why? Is that something we're supposed to expect?

I assumed, since it mentions that menstruation doesn't affect it, that they wouldn't be taking a peek anyhow.

they asked to look down there for me too luckily it was that time of the month. i thought it was weird too because we were told that a pelvic exam isn't a part of the immigration exam. i thought maybe it was because of my recent surgery ( no not sex change surgery but ovarian stuff) guess not though.

Well Sean called me this morning at 7:30am on his way to his medical at 8:00am. I did impress upon him that it was important to be early, but oh well. While we're on the phone he says, "####### I missed my exit." So that was encouraging. =p Then I asked, "Did you bring your P3 and P4 letters?" To which he replies, "What are those?" Yes, I am feeling really good at this point (more sarcasm). I asked him if he brought anything that documents that he is supoosed to be at the medical. He says he brought the instructions page. I ask him if he has our case number he says no, so I text it to him.

Oh boy.

I called him last night and went over everything, plus I have been linking him this thread and others.

I hope he makes it out ok!
