Confusion on St Luke's and $213.35 US

I'm confused on the instructions on the application fees for St. Luke's.

The instructions state that the fee is $213.35 USA in peso only. Do we convert the money at the bank and keep the receipt of the money and the exchange rate at the time we converted it? Or do we not need to worry about it, and the cashier at St. Luke's will say "the fee is 10,500" and we pay whatever they specify?

Pay what they ask for in pesos on the day of the medical.

Don't worry too much about this.

Bring around Php 10,500 at St. Luke's on the day of the medical exam this should be enough to cover the fee. They are also posting the exact amount of the $213.35 dollar convertion of that day in pesos at the cashier.
