I-751 Expiration date

hi folks

Im just trying to fill up this I-751 form and noticed that it says expires 10/31/09. I am not sure

if it is still ok to send this form. I cannot find a new one on the USCIS website. The form i have seems to be the latest form.

Can anyone advise?

a quick search yielded that they will accept the current form that says it expires on 10/31/09.

Damn.. i'm looking at my joined date and it's been THREE years already!!!

11/06/2006 - Mailed off I-129F

11/14/2006 - NOA1

02/01/2007 - NOA2
