I finally received our NOA1s ( I-485, I-765, I-131)

dated: Nov. 17, 2009

received it in mail : nov.21, 2009

it's weird though coz the money order was cashed nov. 18 when i called western union

received it in mail : nov.21, 2009

it's weird though coz the money order was cashed nov. 18 when i called western union

Congrats newlyweds on getting the NOA's! Really happy for you guys. Our checks were like yours... They showed as cashed the day after the date of the NOAs. But on the bank statements it says the same date even though we couldn't see it that day. i guess it takes a day or two to go through...

ive been worried cuz i havent got noa1 yet. well ill just L2 be patient and hope i can get mine in 10 days too!

Hi Newlyweds, this is crazy, our time lines are exactly the same :)

for the online status, go to USCIS website create an account to check your status. After that, add your case number, which you have on the top right corner of your NOA receipt. also you can turn on the e-mail alert option. :))

yeah, that's right..patience is what we all just have to work on with this whole process :)

maybe it will be in the mail soon..

we got ours in the mails on the 21st but our NOA1s were all dated nov.17

At least one of ours is moving. My wife got her Bio Appointment in the mail, Nov 21st, 2009. We are scheduled for Dec 9th, 2009.

Our daughter has had no update since the initial NOA :unsure:. At this point, all we can think of is that we made a mistake of some kind filling out her AOS :bonk: . So we wait...

NOA1 x 3 received today, dated last Thursday.

The return address was Missouri. Does that mean our case is in MO now?

I was figuring we'd be headed to Chicago when the time comes for biometrics, but I'm not so sure now.

Received I-797C notices for I-130 and I-485 yesterday in mail and with a notice date on the receipts as 11/17/09 and i registed online to check the status and the Last update date on both the applications is 11/20/09.

11/21/09: Rcvd Notice for I-130 and I-485

My wife filed for her Mom (she is in US). Here are the details and will put them in signature too....

But either tomorrow or Wednesday I am planning to do walk-in.

Update to this...

Our daughter's Bio Appointment came in the mail, Nov 23rd :blink: although completely baffled, we are happy that hers is still moving! She actually got an appointment ahead of my wife for Dec 8th. We are gong to try to get both done at the same time.

I guess we can skip the online updates for us, since they do not follow what is happening very well. Good luck, November filers!
