Hi, I do not have any touch for my I-485 since Dec 16, 2009. It seems that almost all were transfered at CSC and some already received their interview letter. Any ideas and advice? Thanks

5-21-2013 USCIS received the packet/Priority Date

5-22-2013 NOA1

10-28-2013 Expedite Request Submitted with the help of a Senator

11-13-2013 Additional document submitted for expedite process

11-21-13 NOA2

11-25-13 NOA2 hardcopy received

12-19-13 Expedite request approved (forwarded 24 hrs from NVC to consulate) received case number and IIN

12-24-13 Ready for interview schedule

12-26-13 Set the interview schedule

**** She could have the interview as early as Jan 7th but decided not on the rush for medical and for me to have time to forward all the document in the Philippines since I didn't pay or submit anything at NVC

1-8-9-14 Medical

1-27-14 Interview (submitted AOS & Civil documents, paid Visa Fee)

1-30-14 Visa Received

1-31-14 Immigration Fee $165 paid

**** We need my mom urgently but due of the cold weather in Minnesota, we decided to wait for warmer weather. She could be here as early as Feb....

2-3-14 Booked ticket for March due of cold weather

3-21-14 CFO seminar

3-31-14 POE

4-7-14 received SSN #

Your timeline is close to ours and we just received our AOS approval email early this week. Ours was transfered to CSC the 15th December. You should be soon!

Amazing but true!

Green card arrived in the mail today, at the same time but different envelope from the "welcome" letter.

Almost more amazing is that, as important as this document is, they sent it via plain-old, regular first-class mail.

But....happy dance continues.

Here's hoping the rest of the November crew has equally speedy processing.

Congratulations - is it just me or does everyone here hate Sunday because there is no mail delivery!!!!

AP arrived in the mail on the 29th. Messages regarding the EAD are confusing, first had an e-mail saying card production was ordered then had another saying EAD was approved. I guess the messages just came in the wrong order.

Your timeline is close to ours and we just received our AOS approval email early this week. Ours was transfered to CSC the 15th December. You should be soon!

Hi Thanks and congratulations, unfortunately my paper is not transfer at CSC or I even not receive any interview letter as of now. The USCIS costumer representative told me to wait 60 days after my case resumed, so that will be on Feb 10 to inform them that my case is out of date, I cannot wait until Feb 10, so hopefully I can call this coming Monday.

is it just me or does everyone here hate Sunday because there is no mail delivery!!!!

Hi..I felt the same thing here..Still Im so excited to check our mailbox everyday ( except SUNDAY...:() hoping to receive a letter from USCIS specially now that we are waiting on something from them..Hopefully soon.......I never see any updates on my case....It is still under " Initial Review".....

Hope we're NEXT in line for APPROVAL.....

08-23-18: Received an email from NVC with the case number MNL..Also paid the fees (AOS & IV)

10/16/18- Submitted all docs via CEAC, 10/25/18- Received an email stating " Case Completed/Documetary Qualified"

11/9/18: Received an email from NVC stating interview date,12/3/18: INTERVIEW DATE

Exact same thing happened to me today, but a few minutes after yours. Case transfered yesterday (I actually preferred an interview); no AP or EAD.

yeah we dont have any news on the AP or EAD either.. i just can't wait to get my greencard so i can fly off out of the country without having to worry about when i come back :)

Im moving to Chicago to live with my in-laws on march 2..when my husband leaves for deployment... I already filed a change of address online and called customer service..

do you think its ok that i filed it already even i am still here in SC? I just wanted to make sure my greencard gets mailed to my new address.. because I applied for an expedite and the letter i received last week indicates that approval will be in 2 weeks...
