EAD should be in the mail very soon. It is generally few days apart between EAD and AP.

I am sure it will for you. The online system at USCIS still shows that our AP is under "initial review" although we received it in the beginning of January. We received our EAD a few days later. Congratulations and keep the faith - you will get the EAD any day now!!
EAD should be in the mail very soon. It is generally few days apart between EAD and AP.

That's good saska+tim! I didnt apply for AP. Just got this message "On January 28, 2010, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I765 APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION." so maybe and hopefully next week we'll have the ead in the mail.

That's good saska+tim! I didnt apply for AP. Just got this message "On January 28, 2010, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I765 APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION." so maybe and hopefully next week we'll have the ead in the mail.

Earlier today I got touch on AP and I-485, and recived AP in the mail. Now I just got the same e-mail:

"Application Type: I765 , APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION

Current Status: Approval notice sent.

On January 28, 2010, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I765 APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION..." and touch on EAD.

N-400: filled online on May 8th, 2021

Biometric Reuse Notice: May 8th, 2021
Interview: May 10th, 2022 - Interview De-Scheduled

Interview rescheduled on May 11th, 2022

New Interview: Jun 27th, 2022 - Approved 🥳

Oath Ceremony: July 14th, 2022

Hmmm, I am sad because I do receive yet any interview date and the last touched for my I-485 was Dec 16, 2009.

**** She could have the interview as early as Jan 7th but decided not on the rush for medical and for me to have time to forward all the document in the Philippines since I didn't pay or submit anything at NVC

Exact same thing happened to me today, but a few minutes after yours. Case transfered yesterday (I actually preferred an interview); no AP or EAD.

Almost more amazing is that, as important as this document is, they sent it via plain-old, regular first-class mail.
