If your AOS was transferred most likely you wont need an interview :) Congrats! :thumbs:

The I485 APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS was transferred and is now being processed at a USCIS office..." with yesterday date and got touch on I-485 with today date.

Hope it will be soon.

august 27, 2009 - arrived in US with my K1 visa

october 16, 2009 - married in kentucky

november 25, 2009 submitted aos application to chicago (greencard application)

december 3 - received letter of notice that they received my application

--i didnt received any rfe during waiting period

december 15 - received letter for my biometrics (finger printing and photo) schedule on january 4, 2010 at 11am in nashville tenessee 1 hour drive from my place

december 24 - received letter of transfer notice that my original application from chicago was transferred to California Service Center

january 4, 2010 at 10:45 am- done my biometrics

I am glad we didnt get a rfe for the whole i-693,i had the guy copy what was on the ds 3025.And sent a copy of the ds 3025.Maybe thats the key is to send both?

Saska+Tim, that was fast! My GC isn't aproved yet. It is pending. Do you know how long it typically takes from transfer to GC production? I wish to know that.

You may have previously said, but what did you sent in regarding the I-693? Just I-693 filled from my vaccination record from Serbia. I never got copy of my DS-3025.

Our I-485 file was touched again on the 6th. Here's hoping we'll be getting one of those "welcome" emails soon. :)

FYI, we submitted the entire I-693 but didn't get an actual physical. Just had the CS fill out the immunization and certification areas of the form based on original immunization proof, since the DS-3025 wasn't returned to us.

For those that received an RFE (especially for that I-693), was the on line case status updated to say that they received the RFE? If so, how long did it take? Thanks

I responded to the RFE on the 23rd December (delivered & signed for on the 24th December), got an case update on the 28th December saying that processing had recommenced.
