I have received my interview letter with Appt. date Feb 1, 2010. Notice date Dec 22,

It's strange enough that so far no touches both on my EAD/AP since november 25th. Ohh well I guess, EAD and AP approval should be on its way. :)

I'm mailing the I-693 form tomorrow but im not sure what else to include with the sealed envelope.. pls advise how you responded back to your rfe? thanks

I stapled the RFE to the sealed envelope in an attempt to ensure they stayed together and then included a short cover letter stating what was enclosed. I've since had an e-mail stating that processing has recommenced so I guess that the RFE made it to the file.

BTW, I cant seem to find the yellow rfe letter... i cant remember if the lady at the clinic give it back to me or put it inside the sealed envelope...

was your yellow rfe letter put inside the sealed envelope or not? and was given back??

They took a copy that I had and put it inside the sealed envelope, I still had the originals till it went back.

Just got this: "Current Status: Case Transfered to Another Office for Processing

On December 30, 2009, we transferred this case I485 APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS to our CALIFORNIA SERVICE CENTER location for processing and sent you a notice explaining this action..."

Hi November Filers...Happy New Year to you all. My honey and I are also Nov. Filers. I just checked our status, and nothing, it still says we Received your application November 7th. Its never changed, but since then we have received and RFE for the I-693 and our biometrics notice and still nothing has changed online. Kinda discouraging. We tonight we are going to party it up and try and forget about immigration ####### for a while. We got married in Vegas on Nov 24th and tonight is our reception back in Wisconsin. YIPPEE!!

My hubby and I applied on November 3rd. NOA date Nov 10th. We also married in Vegas but in October... It's been almost 2 months, and our case is still in initial review... We never received an RFE... But even so 2 of my forms haven't been touched since November! The other 2 haven't been touched since early December... I'm kindof down about it as almost everyone else that applied when we did and in some cases a week or 2 later - have interview letters & or EAD/AP approvals...

I just checked our case(s) out of curiosity. No update on AP since receipt, no update on EAD since just after biometrics.

But I-485 was touched on the 29th, 2 weeks after it was transferred to CSC. Hopefully good news.

Fingers crossed, we seem to have dodged I-693 RFE.

Saska and Tim, it seems our near-parallel visa journeys are continuing.
