Please anyone with any help I'm just new here... I was married to USC and after i got to US she file a divorce on me and i got my final divorce in August and i remarry there in US in Dec. after i got my final divorce letter in Sept. we file I-130 and while I'm still at US after a while our I-130 was Approved and my work card was issued plus i got my SSN. We file for I-485 and we go for interview in US and they denial it cos they said i was divorce and my info was base on ex..info. they told me i have to go back home... then i file I-84 to get the I-130 done in my country, i did not exceed the period on my visa. they process everything down... and we do everything NVC required i got my interview date. At the interview the CO told me that our marriage exist for immigration purpose and they said they have to return it back to USCIS for possible revocation, on Aug. the USCIS received the case and we are to allow 120 days.We later send a letter of all proof again and letter from people to show that we truly marry for love. Please anyone to give me ideal of what might happen to it. and how long will that be?

If I understand you correctly

You were admitted to the US based on a marriage to Lady1 ( what year)

You arrived in US and immediately get divorced ( last year? )

The divorce is finial in Sept and you marry Lady2 in Dec and try to adjust status based on that marriage and it was denied and you left the US

You file a new I-130 based on the second marriage.

This application is returned as being for immigration purposes

A couple of questions

Were Lady1 and /or Lady2 Nigerian ?

How did you meet Lady2

What proof of marriage 2 did you have for your recent interview ?

Letters from friends in the case of Nigeria are sometimes not given much attention as your friends might be prone to saying whatever you would like. Did you have pictures ? Bills together ? Are you on her insurance ? Do you file joint taxes ?

Their reviews can take a long time. Which center is handling your case ? The east coast center is a bit faster usually in reviewing cases

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.

If they are revoking your IR-1 because they think your first marriage was for immigration purposes only, you will probably not ever get another visa or be allowed to adjust status--instead, you will be asked to leave the U.S. or face deportation.

He was not denied at the consulate interview. He got the visa and used it to enter the U.S. During the adjustment adjudication based on marriage to a different spouse, they determined the first marriage was fraud and are revoking any benefits that resulted from that fraud--namely the IR-1.

Sounds like a good immigration attorney is needed.

The OP returned without comment and has a local time 3 hours head of me in California . Something smells fishy or trolly

... or he really didn't like the answers. Noone here gave him any false hope (unless you count the suggestion to get an immigration attorney)

I'm getting confused. You married lady #2 in December 2007 and then filed for AOS based on that marriage. So you were denied at your AOS interview AND then after the case was forwarded to the USEM you were denied at the interview by the CO? Do I understand the facts correctly? And now it is back at the California Service Center?

A couple of questions

Were Lady1 and /or Lady2 Nigerian ?

How did you meet Lady2

What proof of marriage 2 did you have for your recent interview ?

Letters from friends in the case of Nigeria are sometimes not given much attention as your friends might be prone to saying whatever you would like. Did you have pictures ? Bills together ? Are you on her insurance ? Do you file joint taxes ?

The lady 1 we get married in my own country and lady 2 at US... I do have a court record wedding....i got married to lady at US....well they give us 4 months for the review so we have 1 months left. I'm just trying to get ideal of what might happen

California is slow slow slow. How long did you know each of your wives before you married and is there a large age difference between either of them and you ? And are they African woman ? ( Nigeria is harder for mixed race couples I know they asked my SO if the father died because I am white )

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.

I file the AOS on my lady#2 but they told me that my 1st passport was on my lady#1 info cos that one is K-3... and thats the reason they denied it. the case that was denied in US is my I-485 Adjustment... Then the CO say they can forward the I-130 to Nig. base on my lady#2 to get her info on my new visa..yes i get the interview done in Nig. base on lady#2... and they said they have to return it back to USCIS for possible revocation cos they see it that the marriage was meant for immigration purpose... but what else they want me to prove to them that is not my fault getting divorce with lady#1 she does go for it and i have no choice.
