What should I send back? Is there a place that I could download the current version of DS 230, OF 167 and other documents?

Should I include DS 230 I or I & II both?

anything else should be sent back?

Many thanks!

I heard some ppl said sent out DS 230I and OF 167 ONLY while others said also include DS 230 II? Which version is correct? The embassy has ALREADY sent out my P3 package so I want to get my documents ready ASAP.

Download the packet and carefully follow the instructions. Unless something changed recently, you only send back the questionairre, not any forms. Forms are carred to the interview.

P3, you send back:

DS-230 Part 1 only which is 2 pages

OF-169 The checklist

EMS Mailing label from China Post (this is so they can send you P4)

If you call DOS, the moment you find out that GUZ mailed P3 to you, you can go ahead and send in these forms. You do not need to wait for the P3 to actually arrive. This can help cut off some time.

Thank you all so much. I have all docs ready to be sent out. One more thing though, what is the exact address that I should send the forms to? I've checked VJ' P3 page. I couldn't find it.

Should I send them to

1 Shamian South Street

Guangzhou, 510133 PRC

(广州市沙面南街1号美国驻广州总领事馆)

or NVC

or other place? I know I may not get an answer to this question here? But anyone?

I heard that GUZ mail out P3 at the beginning or the end of month. Mine was mailed out yesterday so I am sure yours will be on the way soon. Good luck!

wow, some days I just am in state of shock at this process. Your time line shows you sending in your P3 41 days after NOA1.

I was told today plan on maybe getting P3 in late December or January, 6 months after NOA1.

What is your secret?

I am thinking the same thing. Are you military ? because they expedite paperwork for military people. My NOA1 was May 31 , My NOA2 was Aug. 26 and we still do not have package 3
