Anyone get a NOA2 from CSC yet?

Hi,

I was just wondering if anyone has been lucky enough to get their NOA2 from CSC yet?..I havnt been touched since they recieved my RFE back on July 7th and was touched on the 8th..nothing since.

I posted about a week or so ago that my laywer expects approvals from CSC within 3 weeks time of recieving the RFE's back..so im hoping his comment has some merit.

Wishful thinking i guess..I do know they updated that they are working on petitions from March 3rd,and I know Vermont is already approving people who filed in May and June..thats what is so frusterating,why is CSC taking 3 times as long to process?..just isnt fair.

Your lawyer could very well be on the mark. In general (but not always) when you return what is requested by the RFE, an approval is not too far away :thumbs:

CSC has been behind VSC ever since Ive been a member. Now however I-130's are being transferred to CSC from VSC due to a reshuffling on which centers will be processing which petitions. It seems CSC will be processing all I-130's.

I got my NOA2 in the mail from CSC yesterday - on to NVC. It did take a call from a congressional staffer to get corrected ..... woooo hooooo!!!!

07/26/06 NVC assigns case #, Wife e-mails choice of agent to NVC

10/10/06 Receive, complete and submit I-864 and DS-230

04/02/07 Back to Taiwan for visit and Interview

04/06/07 Received CR-1 visa

04/10/07 POE through Detroit

04/30/07 2 Year Green Card Received

Lifting Conditions

01/10/09 File I-751 at VSC

06/24/09 Received 10 year GC

Citizenship

07/27/10 Filing Date for N-400

08/03/10 Check cashed - as of 8/26 never received NOA so made InfoPass

08/31/10 InfoPass for Biometrics

11/10/10 Interview Date, Passed

02/18/11 Scheduled oath ceremony

We got ours on the 18th, No calls from anyone, and I was never touched at all, someone at CSC has been busy working instead of hanging out at the watercooler. Good luck, hopefully yours will be along soon.

04/03/06-Recieved I-130 @TSC forwarded to CSC

04/05/06-NOA1

04/11/06-Recieved NOA1

07/18/06-NOA-2- Approved

02/09/07-CASE COMPLETED!!!!!!

02/13/07-Case forwarded to Dublin Embassy!!!

04/26/07-Interveiw!!

04/26/07- VISA in Hand!!!!

July-2007-Niall finishes work & comes home!!!

We had delays in our journey that were not part of the immigration process, please do not use our "timeline" as an accurate guide!
