my 2 kids 22 and 21 were included in the I-130 petition for me. my interview was approved and still waiting for the card on the mail. but i already received all the NOa's about the AOS and I-130. but unluckily, during the interview, the IO asked that my kids were included in the petition? we said yes but they were all aging :crying: out. we didn't tried to ask about it, to avoid intimidation on her part.

now, my question :help: is what is the best thing to do to make them follow me here to finish their studies here. my USC  husband is willing to support them. can they apply for a student :innocent: visa? how? my other kid will finish her BS Pharm this march of 2010, and will need another year for especialization of the course. I would like them to finish the the course here.

please. . . . any opinion or suggestion? i would gladly appreciate any ideas.

thanks and God Bless!
