Hey there! Does anyone know if the sponsor/petitioner can include the value of a pension plan all in stocks, since it can be cashed out at anytime (with a penalty) as part of the assets for the I-864? Thanks in advance!

Well, it is an asset. A letter from an accountant, or whom ever handles the account, stating the net value would be the way to go. The net amount is what is important.
