My green card expires in February 5, 2010. I was going to mail my package on the 5th but after I read this, I'm gonna send it on the 12th, just to make sure they wont return my package.

... and to give you more peace of mind, you may want to write another check that is close to the date you re-submitted the package or maybe change the date on your cover letter and filled out I-751. You know... just to be safe... :unsure:
