is there anyone from Uzbekistan in here? who know if Uzbekistan processing CR-1 visa at all? Anything can help. Thanks.

05/15/2008 to 06/15/2008 Mike visit Tashkent and meeting my family

06/15/2008 to 08/15/2008 Not easy "easy visa"

09/11/2009 NOA1 for K-1

12/20/2008 Mike get back to Tashkent

12/30/2009 Married against all odds

01/14/2009 NOA2 for K-1

01/23/2009 K-1 refused marrige valid in USA and Uzbekistan

02/08/2009 Mike returnes to States

06/09/2009 I-130 petition sent to attorney

03/23/2010: Case completed.
05/12/2010: CR-1 interview at Mumbai, India.

12/07/2012: 10 year card production ordered.

If you go to the top of this page you can see where it says "Portal" click on that and it will connect you with other Uzbek petitioners and beneficiaries. You can also post this question in the Russia, Ukraine, Belarus forum as there is a lot of ppl that post that are dealing with the former Soviet Union area embassies.

02/20/2008. I-130 NOA1 date. Vermont Service Center

08/26/2008. Touched. (I-130 transferred to California Service Center)

08/27/2008. Touched.

08/28/2008. Touched. (This case is now pending at the office to which it was transferred)

08/29/2008. Touched.

09/26/2008. Touched.

09/27/2008. Touched.

10/16/2008. Touched.

10/17/2008. Touched.

11/12/2008. Touched.(Senator inquired on case status. Case with FBI. Was told not to inquire again for 90 days)
