Guam is a territory of the US, so if your 1st stop is Guam then that's your POE. You have a long long trip from Gaum to Houston.

Agreed, Since Guam is an American commonwealth. I would say that the same rules apply there as if you were entering US mainland/Alsaka/Hawaii. If you can, I would call CBP at the airport in Guam just to see what they say.

Good luck!

I was advised by the consular officer at the time of my interview that the CBP officer at Guam/Hawaii will ask you for your X-ray. So you might need to put it in your carry-on.

Never ask my wife for the CD.

About the X-ray you have been carefully guarding...No one will take your X-ray, the USCIS (INS) doesn't care about it. If you like you can give it to your new physician in the US, you can hang it on the wall in your new US residence, or it can become part of your first load of trash in your US garbage can.
