I heard that cleaning out your colon and "flushing" it out is good for you whether you take oral medicine or do the whole thing with the tube that runs warm water in there... sounds like fun!

I've been told you could hire 'nurses' to come to your place and perform something of this nature. Dunno of the medical benefits/risks. Supposedly the patients feel good. :blink:

My sister had a high-colonic before. Not for me...

I bought oxy-powder and it works great. Take it for a week and clean your self out!!! Careful.. don't sh!t your pants.

When you used it did you get all that nasty stuff come out of you like that other site showed? Just wondering what is more effective.

Ive had a few friends to the colonic irrigation 'spa' packages in Thailand... they all said the same thing..

2 week stay, first two days no food, just juice, water and vitamins and a nurse induced enema. ( she teaches you how to do it, so you can do your own after that, the room is set up for it)

daily enemas gradually re introducing a raw food diet for the remaining two weeks.

all said, they had headaches, chills, they had terrible BO, and pissier than a sackful of weasels ( one couple had to get seperate rooms they were at each other so badly....

yes lots of regular looking stuff came out , then nasty black chips and chunks like paint or tar or something, lord knows how long it was there ( how long DOES it take to make coal??)

then the fog lifted, clear white eyeballs, fresh skin, massive energy and a weight loss averaging between 5-7 kgs. they felt so good they got on a plane and went straight to Ibiza....
