hi everyone my wife was just approved of her visa. hopefully we will leave philippines in november. i was just wondering when we arrive in the states what will they do at the POE? what will they ask for and do we need to bring any proof that we are married like pictures and stuff? thanks for everyones help

On the plane that goes to the POE, she will complete a I-94 - white form and the blue customs form. Then in immigration she goes to the immigration line. Gives her passport, I-94, the sealed envelop from the USEM. They will take a picture, fingerprints, ask a few basic questions, make a few annotations, stamp the I-94, stamp the passport, attach the I-94 to the passport and send her to get her bags. Once she gets her bags she proceeds to the customs line. There they collect the I-94 and may ask a few questions and inspect the bags. Once she is done with that she leaves customs hall with her bags. If she has a connecting flight there is a place outside of customs to recheck the bags.
