I feel like I am hi-jacking this thread from Farah,Sorry Farah, that is not my intentions.

She is 28 years old and will be getting her medical in Penang, she lives there,so...Maybe it will be on the lower side of the prices I am getting.Thank you all for the answers and all the info that everyone on here share, without this forum, the visa process would have alot more headaches than what it is.

28? I was 28 when I did my K-1.. So, I guess your fiancee only needs physical, bloodwork, MMR shot and the chest X-ray. If she never had chicken pox, she will be required to get at least one Varicella shot to fulfill the K-1 requirements. Varicella vaccine is expensive. I think I paid $135 for the second shot, just to complete the cycle before I came here.

I am not sure how much cheaper being in Penang but I doubt it would be too much of a difference. All the best :)

Cheers..

I'm flying off tomm so this will be the last post from me in awhile, depending on how things are there and jet lag. Phew, a little nervous and I have a slight headache now, probably from all the excitement. It's ALOT to take in! I've tied up all my loose ends here and I'm now mentally, emotionally and physically ready to leave the country.

Adeese, if you have any further questions, I suggest checking out the Malaysian VJ thread. It is FULL of information and links, most of them embassy specific.
