Alabama requires you to go to the only office for Foreign Nationals and it is big pain in butt. Only take so many applicants per day and must line up two hours before opening time. You will have an eye test, written test and if passed and lucky road test. If not you must come back for road exam.

Must have green card or papers, and social security card. No ss card they will not talk to you. Good luck and you must go to the Arkdelphia Office in Birmingham for the whole state.

Everything I respond to is from personal knowledge, research or experience and I am in no means a lawyer or do I claim to be one. Everyone should read, research and be responsible for your own journey.
