Do we need to file 864 again?

I have about 3 months before I file for 751. I looked at the 751 forms on the uscis website and I don't see why I should use a lawyer for that. Wife wasn't working at the time we filed for the conditional card so we had to use a sponsor. My question is do we need to file 864 affidavit of support again for the Removal Of Condition now that we are both gainfully employed? We used a lawyer the first time because we were newbies but looking at the very simple 751 forms, I'll cry if I have to pay someone to fill out 10 lines.

You don't need to file the 864 for Removing of Conditions... Doing the paperwork yourself is a lot better than hiring a lawyer. You will find everything that you need just by following the GUIDES and hanging out here, reading how others did it. :thumbs:

Thanks for the quick response. I saw on a few post where people had listed what they sent for I-751 and they had I-864 listed as well and that threw me off.
