Has anyone with a previous tourist visa denial ever been denied a K3 or I130 visa because of it? Do they ever consider previous tourist visa denials in their decision to issue a K3??

No. Tourist visa denials have no bearing in the processing of either K or immigratn visas.

was the purpose of your previous tourist visa denial is to visit your spouse in the u.s.?

Unless there was some sort of misrepresentation at the tourist visa denial, the denial of the tourist visa itself will not have an impact on your immigrant visa. You will certainly be asked about it, as we were, but if you answer honestly you are ok

What happened was my wife's parents wanted to visit my home and see everything here before the wedding. they speak barely any english and didn't want to leave my wife all alone in india so she was going to go with them despite me saying it probably isnt going to work. they were missing us a lot and they had to try at least..

Her parents told the interview officer everything truthfully and he said no because we were engaged at the end.. its just been a bit worrying if thats going to cause any problems afterwards..
