Malrothien - I'm not specifically directing my frustration to you!

I am not talking about myself. We have members who have waited 1200 days, another with almost 1095 days. You have waited maybe 125 days and I find your incessant "poor me" posting to be not only rude, but very selfish.

We received our NOA2 on the 8th of Oct and we still have not received anything from the NVC yet. I thought it was suppose to be in and out of there in a matter of days. What could be the hold up????

Call NVC, or contact the consulate with jurisdiction over your case.

Call NVC, or contact the consulate with jurisdiction over your case.

They said that they sent the application to the embassy 2 weeks ago. I called them and got the new case number. Thanks everyone!

TIMELINE

Service Center : Vermont Service Center

Consulate : Manilla, Philipines

I-129F Sent : 2009-07-14

I-129F NOA1 : 2009-07-17

I-129F NOA2 : 2009-10-08

Interview date: 2010-01-19 - Was on the 11th of December but more info was needed.
