I received documents (G-325a, Letter of Intent, etc.) from my fiancee today, as I'm about to mail off the K1 packet. I noticed her signature on the documents is only her first name. Basically, this is how she signs. Will it be a problem to submit the paperwork this way?

In my opinion, as long as it's consistent, should be fine. Come to think of it, my fiancee may have done the same on our paperwork.... though I'm on the early stages of the process. Guess I'm not too much help?

You better put her full legal name on there!!!! Avoid any reason for a delay or rejection.

Alla's signature could only generously be called a "scribble" it has no resemblance to any name, alphabet, or symbol on earth. Worked for everything, still does. My guess is the mortgage company would enforce that signature.

As long as the "signature" matches legal ID presented with the package or submitted documents, will not be a problem..

Your signature is your signature is your signature. Always use your signature. Mine is also unique in a similar way and my petition sailed through no problem.
