I have a few questions reguarding the I-134. I just moved back to my home town to help save money. I am currently a nanny for my sisters two children I live in there guest house and they pay me 1600.00 monthly. Before moving I worked as a nurse but I usually cashed my paycheck and did not use my checking accout much, my sister is willing to be a co-sponor if needed. Here are my questions.

1. I do not have many assest and I am just over the 125% is it in my best intrest to use a co-sponsor

2. Because I do not use my checking account much it does not look good on paper will this be a problem?

I am just trying to gather everything I need, and do not want to screw anything up! Thank you for your help!!

Your checking count is no biggy. Main thing is your most recent years tax return.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

!! ALL PAU!
