i was looking at this form I-134 just getting things prepared as i wait for the noa2.

so first question is #10 submitted a visa petition on behalf of the following person, which would be my fiancee correct? and is this question not answered when they asked me in question 3 This affidavit is executed on behalf of the following person?

2nd question i believe it is question 7 it asks if i own real estate valued at and my question about this is do i have to put this down if i do not live there and i rent it out? i own half of this with my ex because we could not sell it? and if i do the next line says With mortgage(s) or other encumbrance(s) thereon amounting to: do i but total i owe to pay off bank or is it monthly payments?

and last question is about Oath or Affirmation of Sponsor i do not understand who i get to witness me signing this, any notary republic will work?

Answer the questions truthfully. Who you petitioned for and who you are submitting the affidavit for is probably the same person. If your income is sufficient, you may simply leave all questions blank that ask about assets. If your I-134 has a place for a witness to sign, then download a new one. You sign under penalty of perjury. Nobody needs to witness your signature.

thanks pushbrk you have answered a lot of my questions and i appreciate it very much. i have one more question about documents that i need do i need to get a letter from my bank stating when i opened account how much i have ect or does my bank statements work or do i need both? again thanks in advance

If your income is sufficient to meet the requirements, you don't need to include any information on bank accounts or any other assets.
