Does anyone have any advice or direction to give when doing business with a canadian firm? We're going to be doing some contract work for a canadian firm, but we are setting up as a sole-proprietorship in the US. We'll bill and be paid in Canadian funds, but 90% of the work will be performed remotely (done in the US). So, what i'm wondering is, how do we pay taxes? Do we have to pay Canadian taxes? It is primarily IT work for Cheryl's former employer.

Any advice would be great... and, if anyone happens to have an accountant that is familiar with this process that they can recommend, we'd appreicate it!
