im ready for the week to start again i hope to have both the (AOS) form and the DS-230 ready and mailed by this week. That is if the DS-3032 gets approved and the IV bill generates this week i really hope it dose. Inshallah by this week all the paper work will be sent to NVC.

Muslimqueen, it was definitely the hardcopy that they accepted and NOT the email, because I just got an email from NVC saying that they have started to review the email I sent on the 5th, and that they will let me know the outcome. Anyway, that means that they will hopefully get to your email and sanction it sometime this week

Treehugger sorry for bothering again lol but, When did you recive the E-mail Today? you sent you'r Email on the 5th right and i sent mine on the 8th they could get around to reading it by today or tommorrow i mean its just 4 days worth of Emails it should not take more then 3 days. i just hope by this week its approved to i sent it out and not have to deal with any more paper work. they it can get send to Jordon and for my husband to deal with (ill prob still deal with it but, hey you gotta do what you gotta do right) lol

The zip code is they gave me is 3801-2909 and the one you have is 3801-2915. I dont think that matters much

My DS-230 package is ready to go. Hubby's AOS--we're still waiting on him collecting tax returns, his W2, 6 months paystubs, etc.

Question re: interview--Anyone know whether we can get our original documents back during the interview? I have a 34-yr old fragile birth certificate from Vietnam that's irreplaceable...hate to lose that.

That is what the website says, that they will return it at the time of the interview, but in another breath they are saying to make sure you have a copy of the birth certificate and other paperwork just in case your package didn't make it to the embassy before your interview~

Good Morning from the Philippines!

Just woke up and finally got an email from NVC for the AOS bill and DS 3032.. YAY!!!!

Just to make sure, I know I told you guys that that I will email the DS3032 and send it through FedEx, since I received a DS3032 form from NVC with the barcode on top and my name printed, will it be fine just to fill it up and this is the one that I will send through FedEx?

Also, May I know what does NVC sends to the agent? My husband wants me to appoint myself as he knows I understand the process better. Are these documents being send through email or regular mail?
