Hello guys,

I am part of the NVC november as well and maybe reach month of January.

I'm just wondering and I think June filers read this questions as well! We have our Case number assigned last Thursday and We never got an email from NVC yet, should we call them to follow-up? Is this normal to wait for the email for like a week?

05-28-09: Sent the I-130 Package

06-02-09: Chicago Lockbox received the package

06-08-09: CSC received the package

06-13-09: NOA1 received

10-19-09: Hubby's second visit in the Philippines

11-10-09: Hubby's flight back to USA

11-13-09: Approval notice sent via SMS and email

NVC Journey:

11-19-09: Case number assigned

11-30-09: AOS bill and DS 3032 from NVC received

12-01-09: DS-3032 returned via email

12-03-09: DS-3032 hardcopy sent via FEDEX

Have you gotten an Email - or has your IV bill generated Yet? About 3 more hours till they are sup. to update the payment website. I REALY REALY HOPE MY IV BILL GENERATES so i can relax on thanksgiving im tired of thinking about this lol. =-P

It took about 14 days for mine to generate and I checked it on a Saturday and had the iv bill available. I never got the email saying that it was available to pay until after I paid it.. :whistle:

LoL im the only one i have seen who has taken 17+ days this is driving me nuts!

nvc is really slowing down, we sent out AOS in the beginning of nov (nov 4th). NVC operator tells me that they are still reviewing the package. we were hoping for jan interview, but looks like thats not possible now :(

Yes they getting slow again.My husband call them last Nov.19 the AVR tld him that our case was alread entered to there syste.But when husband call then last night they keep saying same thing.And its still take 2 weeks to review the papers.Wow.I was hoping that I can have my interview on January infact my husband expecting it too much.BUt now Im loosing hope.

is you DS 230 reviewed ? then you have good chance to make it to Jan. For us both I-864 and ds-230 are in review (according to the operator).

fyi, we snail mailed DS 3032 on oct 28th, and IV bill got generated on 16th. so it took 19 days for us. so your IV bill should be around the corner.

30 min till the NVC payment portal get's updated. I realy hope the IV bill is generated. I have my fingers crossed. Good luck to you too Tree if you'r still waiting. -_-

Please help me, please! I need advice guys!

You should call them and see whats up. cuz i never got an email then i called them and they had my email written wrong altho they did have my hubbys email correct. they said they emailed me up it took like 4 days for me to get anything. after i got the (AOS) BILL and the DS-3032 form by mail. i got the Email.

It's just kinda sucks as my husband is not really good in paperworks so i have to search everything. I will call them on Friday as I am in the Philippines and they might be close tomorrow for the Thanksgiving. I have lots of questions and confusion on the I-864 though. May I know what is the right figure to put in Item 23 of I-864? My husband doesn't have fixe annual income. Which year should we follow? Also, what is passport PCC? Is it different from Police clearance certificate?

Just a head up Metro426 Yes they are closed tommarow for Thanksgiving I think the are closed on friday too, thats at least what i heard. and there also off on weekends,. so they will re-open on Monday. If your husband dose not have a yearly income you have to get a joint sponcer, everything for the I-864 has to be from this year i think the past 6 months. Sorry i dont know what a PCC is.

The passport PCC, I believe, is for India only.

Did NVC scheduled interviews this week like they did in the forth week of October?

I thought i read people saying there giving out interviews on the 2nd week of dec.
