NVC November 2009 Edition

Yah i have, everyone i know who has done it has finished very quickly. only my cosuin has been the only one who has taken long but she is still in NVC. In jordan usualy they finish fast baised on what i have heard.

Also Tree any new updates. I hoping for great new for us today!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Fingers crossed

Thanks but no, not yet, but it's still too early for NVC to update I might give them a call later - I know it doesn't really achieve anything but it does make me feel marginally better!

Ok, I just called, and I'm a little confused!! The AVR said that there were missing documents (if you'd read your damn emails and opened your mail :whistle: ), so I spoke to the operator, who then said that the IV bill hadn't been paid and that the DS-230 hadn't been sent...so I asked her does that mean you've accepted the DS-3032...no, we haven't, but you can still go online and pay the IV bill now It might have been better if I hadn't called!!

Done! I stapled everything in the upper left corner...I am so worried they will lose the stupid birth certificate when they open the envelope!!

I made my husband to go and get another birth certificate to have when he goes for his interview!!

Muslimqueen, have you actually sent the DS-3032 via snail mail?

I was so confused by that first operator, that I called back and spoke to someone else. She finally admitted that the hardcopy had been accepted, and that it was just a case of the IV bill being generated. The email that I sent on 5th November still hasn't been read, so if you haven't yet sent the DS-3032 hardcopy...send it now

PS I still don't totally believe it's been accepted until I see that bill generated

I was so confused by that first operator, that I called back and spoke to someone else. She finally admitted that the hardcopy had been accepted, and that it was just a case of the IV bill being generated. The email that I sent on 5th November still hasn't been read, so if you haven't yet sent the DS-3032 hardcopy...send it now

PS I still don't totally believe it's been accepted until I see that bill generated

Well. i sent a copy of the email someone told me to print the email and write :COPY OF EMAIL SENT ON XX-XX-XX: so i did that like on the 12th so idk. =-(

Well. i sent a copy of the email someone told me to print the email and write :COPY OF EMAIL SENT ON XX-XX-XX: so i did that like on the 12th so idk. =-(

Ok, you might have a small problem there. You're the USC right? The DS-3032 is sent to the foreigner (your husband), and it is the foreigner that replies, either by email and / or by printing the form in the email, filling it out, signing it, and then sending it to NVC. You can't really sign and send the form on his behalf, unless he filled it out before because you're both super-organised and you had it with you waiting for this stage. Has your husband actually signed the form?

I haven't seen anyone print the actual email they sent...I hope NVC will find it acceptable!

What did they say the last time you spoke to them? the two I spoke to today weren't that with it, and it's only because I kept asking that the second one finally admitted that the DS-3032 had been accepted. As you already know, my email was sent on 5th Nov, and they received the hardcopy 19th November, and both insist that it is the hardcopy that has been accepted and not the email. All that proves is no one knows how NVC works. And I still don't believe them until I see that bill!!

Last time i talked to them, they said Email is fine. also the AVR wont update for me. i told them and they said it does not always update for everyone.

ok, so let's assume that as you're two or three days behind me, that yours should be accepted very soon...probably not tomorrow, but possibly Friday, maybe even Saturday?
