We are in the final stages of review at the NVC. I was told yesterday that all my documents seem to be in order and they are doing the final review before they put our case in line for an interview date. We also have a pending I129f that is in AP, which is why we went ahead and did the IR1. I'm hoping to hear something very soon.

I am in shock! AVR has already been updated that our case was completed on November 18! that is the fastest it has ever updated for me.

Yay, the DS-3230 was finally delivered to NVC :) It'd be interesting to see which will get actioned first, the email I sent on the 5th or the hardcopy they just got :whistle:

Did anyone notice a significant difference? If it takes another two weeks for them to accept the hardcopy, it means we almost certainly miss the December cut-off :(

I am wanting to go to Cairo for the interview too but I won't make reservations until I know for sure....IF I can come up with extra money post Christmas! :thumbs:

yeah, i would like to go to, but my indian visa expires on january 11. i would buy another visa, but in may, i could apply for the indian version of a green card that is valid for 10 years. we have to be married for a year in order to qualify.
