Hi, do anyone know a phone number to contact the local Catholic Charities Legal Assistant for Immigration services in Texas.

A friend of a friend needs some legal advice regarding Immigration.

11/9/09 - Advance Parole approved

11/23/09- Received EAD/AP

12/2/09 - Email Card Production Ordered!!!!

Anh, Thank you so much. I had google, but this didn't return for me. But with your help I am able now to give this information to my friend.

Dillon, thanks for asking, I couldn't tell you the area of Texas right away. Just a reminder, if you are out of status, stay away from buses, trains and planes in Texas, AZ, Nevada, etc.

This young man was only out of staus for 3 weeks, on a bus headed back to the east coast and he is now sitting in jail. I don't know much more than than, but I do know he entered the US legally on a H2b visa in 2008, it expired on 09/30/2009.

He went back to AZ, thinking that he was getting married to his GF, it didn't work out, so he was headed back to the east coast on a bus to get assitance with funds to get a plane ticket back home to JA. Now he is in jail, because his I-194 is no longer valid.
