Hi

Can anyone tell me who is the cheapest civil surgeon in Minnesota? I need to have my vaccinations transfered on the I 693A form.

May 21st 2006: Entered the USA on a K1 visa

July 2nd 2006: Marriage ceremony

Oct 10th 2006:Received Green Card

REMOVING CONDITIONS

August 12th 2008: Sent I 751 to CSC

Dec 5th 2008: Green Card in the mail

NATURALIZATION

Dec 4th: Sent N 400

March 18th: Interview

May 24th 2011: Oath in Minneapolis. Journey is over.

We went through Ramsey County, and they charged us (thinking back, kinda fuzzy) about $120 for the form and $20 for additional vaccinations.

I'd just call em all and ask if you're looking to save money.

Sometime in 2008 - Received 10 year GC. Almost done with USCIS for life inshaAllah! Huzzah!

06/15/09 - Citizenship interview

07/15/09 - Citizenship ceremony. Alhamdulilah, the US now has another american muslim!

We went in Rochester to the Olmsted Co. public health service. I think it was $25 for the civil surgeon to sign (plus the cost of vaccinations).

09/07/2006 - I-485 interview...APPROVED!!!...passport stamped (DAY 70)

09/12/2006 - I-131 approved (DAY 75)

09/16/2006 - received AP via mail

09/18/2006 - received conditional green card via mail

09/21/2006 - received EAD via mail

I found one in Saint Louis park, MN. The fee is $35 (at least what they said over the phone). Pretty cheap, isnt it?

I paid $30 at : West Side Health Center, 153 Concord Street, St. Paul, MN 55107 Tel: (651)222-1816. Busy place, a little chaotic but CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP! Extra vaccination was only around $20 I think!

-22/08/06 E-mails from USCIS Confirming AOS approval

-02/09/06 Condtional green card recieved in the mail!!!

-28/05/08 Mailed I-175 Petition to remove conditions

-02/06/08 Application recieved at CA!

-27/06/08 Biometrics

-15/08/08 Green Card recieved, good till 2018!!!

Last Wednesday:

$20 for the Td shot $60 to have the forms filled up by the Civil Surgeon $80 total. Picked up the sealed envelope and copy in 2 days.

If your alien spouse already is covered by your medical plan, they will send you back to your family clinic or elsewhere to get the shot, then have you return again to tramsfer the info to the I-693a.

West Side Health Center didn't speak enough English for me to get a straight answer.

Regions Hospital International Travel Clinic wanted $280 minimum.
