NOA2...now what.

Ok so im really really excited now, I got notice of my NOA2 this morning, but where do i go from here, yes, we are the silly couple that hired a lawyer to deal with it for us however, if we can do the rest ourself were going too.

What happens next, i know it gets forwarded to nvc etc, but is their a time-scale from now to the time i can enter the states?

you dont need a laywer if you have VJ , this site here is amazing you can do the whole process your self

if you know you have a easy case ( no criminal records or overstay ectr )

take a look trough the k1 flow chart here ,also read the guides and ask questions

people will be more then happy to help you out with things you dont understand
