My I129F was approved at Vermont on 18 September but has still not shown up at NVC after 6 weeks.

Is anyine else seeing this sort of delay?

Are you talking to a real person or using the automated system? The automated system will not include information on K1 petitions. Mine made it there in 2 days, so if you are talking to a real person.. then there is most likely a problem.

I am sure one of the more experienced people here can tell you what to do if it actually hasn't made it there yet.

Hi, Thanks for your reply.Have spoken to "real people" at NVC and State. They say to wait up to 90 days??

Really? Up to 3 months? But doesn't the NOA2 form have an expiration date of 4 months? I know you can get it extended, but WOW.. I didn't know it could take that long to get to NVC.

I hope someone here can give you info on what to do. I am sure someone will know your best course of action. You can't be the first person this has happened to.

Yes, called NVC and State. Its "not arrived yet". They say it can take 90 days.

Just wondering about the experiences of others on VJ?

I am in a similar position like yours..... got the NOA2 approved on 21 October and its been 4 weeks now and still people at NVC say " Not in yet.... wait for 90 days"

I am worried too ... it is rare! I thought that was because Pakistan region is involved but i guess its not. Dont know what is going to happen... just waiting and hoping God has some good instore for us.

I hope u guys get a response soon and so do we... Good luck...

btw... there is another thread where a couple has similar problem... they got their NOA2 on 3rd Sep and still NVC hasnt got their NOA2..... huh... hope our problem is solved soon.. i wasnt expecting it..

Hi. I too am in the same situation. We received our NOA2 on November 10 and NVC still reports to not have it. It would have come from the Vermont Service Center. Not sure what to do at this point except sit and wait...which is not very helpful.

We called the USCIS and asked them why an approved petition is not sent to NVC... they told us that they would send us a letter explaining why the NOA2 hasnt been delivered to NVC within TWO weeks and either NOA2 will be sent to NVC within two weeks... it has been 1 week... lets see what happens by 7th of December....

Good Luck to all of you who r in the same situation.. and plz let USCIS know....
