hello all vjr's, we are very disappointed and confused on the USCIS.

Our K-1 application was re-opened from returning to USCIS due to incomplete filing on the criminal portion question.

It was noted on our case status that our case was re-opened last Aug. 24th and we will expect a decision w/in 60 days unless there's a need of fingerprinting (no need for us)..and now its almost a week after it and still no changes and not even touched at once. Dos this mean that we will get denied? Hope not!!

We contact our attorney and he said that they don't normally work in 60 days it's always on 90 days..but how come it sounds like its definite?

Does anyone knows how to get to talk to a personnel in USCIS?

We are already in our 9th month from application..its already a very long wait to be togethe again..this really makes us so sad.

We will appreciate any comment and suggestion from you guys..

God Bless you all!!
