I751 Form Expires

I am about to file my I-751 (am planning on mailing it on Friday-Oct. 30) and the form expires 10/31/2009. What should I do? Will I be seeing a new form or an extension of the expiration over the next 2 days? Should I postpone mailing until I see a date change?

What should I do?

You should use the most current version posted on USCIS's web site. Technically the form version is: Form I-751 (Rev. 08/25/08)N (the OMB date you're referring to is not the version date). Not to worry - if you got the form from USCIS, you're fine for now (until they decide to update the form).
