address of NVC to mail Form ds-230 and docs.

This question may sound stupid but I need to know where am I going to mail the ds-230 packet, since i have not paid the $400 yet...,but would like to make my cover letter for it ...with the right address printed out...since Ive seen a couple of different mailing address....thank you very much ppl

You can only print a cover letter and see address where to send your DS-230 after you pay IV fee.
