Hello,

I hope I could get help/answers to my worries. I am preparing the I-130 and I-485 package. My hubby and I were still living at our old address when I went for my medical checkup. Shortly after that, we decided to move before sending the package. It was my fault to have my medical checkup too early and now I have a little problem. :(

My question is should we write the old address or the new address in the I-130 and I-485 package or should I have my medical checkup again to write the new address in I-693 form? I really appreciate some answers.

Thank you.

Hmm. Which checkup are you talking about? The actual medical examination required by the interview?

Also, please fill in your timeline -- it's impossible to help you if we don't know what consulate you'll be dealing with, what path you're going etc.

If you already did your medical checkup before you even filed your I-130, you may have to redo your medical checkup by the time your application reaches the US Embassy/Consulate.

Anyways, for all intents and purposes, you should put your new address on your I-130 because USCIS and NVC will be sending you mail.

Hi Wyatt,

I was referring to I-693, Medical Examination of Aliens Seeking Adjustment of Status. My husband is filing the I-130 for a Spouse Inside the US. I was told to do my medical examinations first before sending the I-130 package and I-485 package together. So I went for my medical examinations at the civil surgeon listed in the uscis website. I have received the sealed envelope from the doctor but we used the old address in the the form. Now we are assembling the I-130 and the I-485 package. I am not sure if I should put the new address in the forms or should I go for another medical examinations so that all forms is my current address.

I think I have filled my timeline. (not to sure if i did it right, because, we have not submit anything yet)

Thanks.
