Who here at VJ has their case completed at NVC and still needs their interview date?

I am one of them, our case got completed on the 24 of October.

No interview

I have called many times but always get the same generic answer - to call back next month to see if I have been scheduled. It is so heartbreaking

The embassy I have to be interviewed at is taking forever to get anything done. I can only hope that I have mine in December or January at the latest.

Very very sad and frustrating, but nothing I can do about it

I have try to call nvc everyday to see if I got a interview date.

They keep telling me we schudule interviews 2 week of the month

call back the 3rd week . I just want to no the date before I go into the hospital

to have the baby which is only18 more days lol ,that all I care about right now.

Yikes! Did you electronically file with Montreal? Not sure if that was an option when you were at the NVC stage. It is insanely brutal how slow they are scheduling interviews...

All of you seem to be under the impression that we are all in the same boat. Not True!! Montreal is not the Philippines nor is it India, etc. Montreal is now on its own planet and hard to get to.

K-1s are not CR-1s. Completely different. Not even close to the same interview scheduling. Try not to compare apples and oranges. But I wish everyone a speedy interview. Us in particular.

When you say "Login Failed" in your timeline and then Case completed, What does Login Failed mean?

That means you are done with nvc.

After you have sent in all the required paperwork, (usually like 7 - 15 days after the last package is received and if you have no RFE) then when you go to the website where you paid your bills and you put in your info and you get a message that your case is no longer available for further processing... That is the login fail... It means that your case is in the completion stages and will be complete in the next day or so...

our case was completed on 27 October. and today we got the interview appointment letter through email for 16th December

Thank you, Rick! Everytime people hear I've been waiting so long they compare their case and ask me questions, as if I'm not doing something right. Each embassy is very different! It's hard when someone compares their "long" 2 week wait and gives advice when I've been waiting for an interview for 30 weeks now. We are all in different boats, I appreciate you pointing that out.
