I have a sponsor as well as my husband and i have both of there W-2's but i am confused on what part of the tax return they want because for each of them that is like 20 pages a piece. I have looked everywhere and everything says the same thing "Attach W2's as well as Tax return" but no solid information. If someone could help me out that would great!!

You will need the forms 1040 or 1040A (Usually 2 pages, can be more) these are the summary sheets of their income tax return. W-2's are standalone sheets which usually take up no more than half a page. You will only need to file the latest tax year 2008, you can do the previous three years but I got approved with a co-sponsor by filing only 2008.

Hello EveryoneIm also having an issue deciding if H&R blocks 1040a copies , which i printed from online will suffice for income tax filling proof? Im also including W-2s of course.. I filed electronically, it mentions that telefile records wont be accepted but nothing about internet fillings. Anyone have first hand experience if a RFE will surface from sending records printed from online?

Thanks for help...

Online printouts are not the same as Telefile records. In most cases, the print copies you make when you e-file are exactly the same as the paper forms. You should be fine with these.

If you're still nervous, call the IRS and get transcripts sent or faxed. An added benefit to these is that you don't have to send W-2s—and they prove that your taxes were filed with the IRS.

Improved USCIS Form G-325A (Biographic Information)

Form field input font changed to allow entry of dates in the specified format and to provide more space for addresses and employment history. This is the 6/12/09 version of the form; the current version is 8/8/11, but previous versions are accepted per the USCIS forms page.

I had to fax a paper into the IRS to get them to send my husbands 1040 because of the same reason filed over the internet... It says it should be here this week.
