I want to make sure i have everything I need correct and not missing anything.

1. I-134

2. W2's from last year copy

3. 1040ez federal income tax for 2008

4. Letter head from boss

5. i made another 129 since i didn't copy it all opps

6. 3 pay stubs

7. I made another letter stating that I plan on marring grace

8. i copyied the letter saying we were aproved sending it to NH

anything i am missing?

Did you send the original copy of approval from the uscis? I also sent letters from friends and family that have seen my Honey and I together for additional evidence.

Maybe she already has these? Evidence of genuine engagement and ongoing relationship. Original evidence that was used to support I-129F. Original evidence of termination of any previous marriages, if applicable. Maybe a nice little surprise of some sort?

Do they really want your fiance to bring the original NOA2? A copy of it is not suffice?

I was told send originals. What i did was sent copies to my Fiance and had originals as back up in case they asked to see the originals. In doing this there is no way that they could want to see an original, and we could not produce it. Janet had all our originals with her just in case. We found really all they mainly wanted was the copies we had orignally sent in on the I-129F. Bettyer to be over prepared then not prepared enough and cause a delay!

so i basicaly have everything i thought i needed. Should i make a copy of my birhtcirtificate too? didnt' think of that it is part of the 129packet though huh. i didn't want to send it yesterday just to make sure i have everything filled out.

What is the best way to get it there by 6 days? Should i use Fedex, DHL which is how she got her stuff i think. Or UPS? I like fedex but not sure if it is over there?? Maybe the old post office too?

Tell your fiance prepare all her docs in a 3 clear books and put index stubs too and she will be fine

First clear book Title is "IDENTIFICATION PAPERS" includes

a.)NSO Birth Certificate,

b.)CENOMAR,

c.)NBI CLEARANCE,

d.)POLICE CLEARANCE,

e.)TERMINATION OF PRIOR MARRIAGE) if Applicable to you and to your fiance

Second clear book Title is "AFFIDAVIT OF SUPPORT" includes

a.)Form I-134

b.)your Fiance's Employment Letter

c.)at least 3 years Tax Return w/ W2 copies

d.)Fiance's recent pay stubs - copies

Third clear book Title is " EVIDENCE OF GENUINE ENGAGEMENT" inludes

a.) Renewed Letter of intent to marry

b.) includes all the evidence or proof of continuos relationship (engagement ring receipt,chat logs,email, snail mail, cards, money remittance receipt, and put all the evidence of your prior meetings

if you do this you will feel confident in your interview even the interviewer they will give you it happened to me before and it will happen to you too! Just pray and feel confident and dont feel nervous! and you will be fine.....

That is a good idea so she looks more organized. where can she get those? She went up to manila today for the next 2 weeks well she waits for her interview date. She lives 10 hours by bus away, so she went up there to be closer at her cousin's house

FedEx is there as Air 21, and its the same service used by the USEM. Four days Portland, Oregon to Davao City (6.3 lbs $150!). Good luck!
