OK so what about my birth certificate... its in french

and my immunization record as well..

other than this i don't have nothing i think in french but

if they require me to have them in English can i make a translation for them and join it with the document??

Yes the documents need to be translated into English. Ideally, you should get someone else to do the translation as you could be seen to have a 'vested' interest in the outcome. It doesn't need to be a professional translator, just someone who is willing to certify that they are proficient in both English and French and qualified to make this accurate translation, then sign and date it.

Was your Birth Certificate issued prior to 1994? If so, you may have to get a new one. Only reason why I know is cause my mom had to get her's redone...something to do with some Provincial Act changing, and anything prior to 1994 is no longer recognized internationally....it's on their website...(Quebec that is...i'm assuming this is where u r from)

I am preparing my documents too for my interview but now it`s not enough to have just someone translate it and sign it...you could do this but the documents will need to be notarized!

the Consulate asks for an official translation or notarized translation.

I just asked them and here the answer:

"Your documents must be accompanied by an official translation or a notarized translation."

I was thinking like Kathryn but I sent an email to them after I got the packet 4 because and it was saying "Official translation"

So I have an appointment with a notary to get my translation notarized...but I didn`t do my vaccination records ...should I?

Got only my birth certificate translated and it was about $20. You don't need to have your immunization records translated as the Civil surgeon that will do your Medical exam will probably speak French (if you do it in Quebec prior to your interview) and after that they don't need it.

Consulate may be in Montreal, but ur dealing with the USA govt, and the only official language is English, even though Spanish wil prob over take it, if it hasnt already,lol

i called and got someone to do it for 25$ next to where i live yay!
