congrats!!

We just started the process of buying a home and it's really exciting. We are still looking at houses, yours looks really nice. :) We hope to move into our new home by May, but we gotta find the right home first! It's great because we didn't think we'd be able to buy a house so soon, since Sujeet has only been working in the US about a year and I am not working, but we were pre-approved anyway! It's the first time either of us have purchased a home, so we are going through the 1st time home buyers program.

Married since 9-18-04(All K1 visa & GC details in timeline.)

Looks great, new stuff is awesome. If you feel like doing a little redecorating, maybe that guy that concreted his yard could help. Ha.

Enjoy the big move!

I love my job.

Congratulations!!!! Home ownership is definitely special & it's always exciting to buy your first home!!!:dance::dance::dance::dance::dance: Good luck on all your inspections!!! When are you closing?

Marilyn, you'd be suprised with how very little cash you actually might require to get into a house! A great deal of my customers have gotten in with little to nothing down, 100% financing, seller helping with closing fees, etc....it's not the easiest route as compared with putting down a substantial chunk, but it's definitely an option vs the 'gotta save money, but how can I when I'm paying such a high rent?' scenario.

Yep your right Lisa the seller of our new house is paying all the closing costs,3500.00 dollars worth!

Peace to All creatures great and small............................................

But when we turn to the Hebrew literature, we do not find such jokes about the donkey. Rather the animal is known for its strength and its loyalty to its master (Genesis 49:14; Numbers 22:30).

Good news you are already pre-approved!!! Go ahead to find the house!!! It took us a while (not that much I guess), since Im here just for less than 1 month... BTW, you'll see lots of ####### houses and then finally one will be the one and you'll know it... We saw all the other houses (around 15), but when we got inside this one, we knew it already... We even took a look in this one b4 (just outside cuz we didnt have the keys to get in) and thought it was too small, but when we saw inside! WOW!!! It got us!!!

Good luck on your house hunting Christina!
