Just to let my buddies know that we have found a place for us... No more rent!!!

It's a small place but just perfect for us right now, as we are out from having kids now... LOL

Theres just these pics now and my favorite place now is the kitchen... Everything sparkling new and its so cozy!!! Lots of yard for the 2 dogs and the cat!!!

February 6th 06 - AOS Interview - APPROVED

February 16th 06 - Biometrics Appointment

February 22nd 06 - EAD Approved via e mail

February 27th 06 - EAD card in mail!!!

March 6th 06 - Got a job!

March 17th 06 - Green Card Approval via e mail

March 18th 06 - 'Welcome to America' letter arrives

March 24th 06 - Green Card Arrives!

12/13/05 Found out forms were sent to London on 12/08/05!

02/13/06 INTERVIEW DATE 03/22/06 AT 10.30AM!! - APPROVED

We are soooooooooo excited about to move but we were told it will take around 30-45 days to the papers be finished!!!

BTW, the seller just accepted our offer today, so now is just wait to finish the bureocracy...

Congratulations!!!! Home ownership is definitely special & it's always exciting to buy your first home!!! :dance::dance::dance::dance::dance::dance: Good luck on all your inspections!!! When are you closing?

Marilyn, you'd be suprised with how very little cash you actually might require to get into a house! A great deal of my customers have gotten in with little to nothing down, 100% financing, seller helping with closing fees, etc....it's not the easiest route as compared with putting down a substantial chunk, but it's definitely an option vs the 'gotta save money, but how can I when I'm paying such a high rent?' scenario.
