Ok everyone this is the accurant information.
NOA indicated tat the receipt date is NOV 4.

My BIO done on Dec 11

My kids BIO done on Jan 11

SORRY for all the confusion. I m feeling pretty miserable right now coz everyone seems to get theirs and I m still waiting :-( Hope you guys understand how it feels. May be just my luck and I ve been down with a cold for 7 days. May be stress = sickness. I did not receive any text alert or email alert and when checked o USCIS status... My case is still stated as "INITIAL REVIEW". I have sent in all the documents i need indicated that we have a house, cars etc together. The only happy news I had so far is my eldest daughter is selected in english, algerbra and science honors programme. That made me smile :-)

I tried to calculate how long it takes for the GC to be approve after the BIO, some took ONLY 1 week! It has been like 3 weeks since my girls had their BIO. Sigh sigh sigh

Can someone please update for me really appreciate that.

I copied the data into excel and I looked at it in different ways, I couldn't find a specific pattern there, but I am not sure why you are worried. There are several people from the beginning and end of the month that are still waiting. The only thing I was able to find/analyze is that you are still within the waiting period and not past it.

Biometrics are processed by FBI while the actual application gets evaluated by USCIS offiers - so the biometrics is not a good reference to how long it takes them to get the application approved.

That being said, just cheer up, feel better and enjoy your daughter's great achievement... You will soon receive your approval letter and all of this will be behind you - until of course citizenship!

One final comment, the online system does not necessarily update daily, so your approval letter could be on its way to you now and the system is still in its vegetative state.

Good luck - but I am sure you will hear from them pretty soon.
