Hi!! I hope everyone is in the best of health!!!

just an update! I just received the packet 3 from the embassy. I will be putting it in the mail tomorrow to send back! Then just waiting on the letter including the appointment time as well as the dr's list.

Does anyone have any idea how long we have to wait for the results from the dr? as we will be doing that in the same trip we make for the appointment since the embassy is 5 hours away!!

*Filed for petition Oct. 20, 2009

*Petition approved Oct. 20, 2009

*Received Packet 3 Oct. 27, 2009

*Sent packet 3 to embassy Oct 28, 2009

Our Timeline

April 4, 2009: Married in Tunisia

June 2009: USC received residence card

October 20, 2009: Submitted I-130 at embassy (Tunis, Tunisia)

October 26, 2009: Received Packet #3 in the mail

November 1, 2009: Sent back packet #3

November 13, 2009: Received email from embassy notifying of final visa appointment scheduled for November 23, 2009

November 23, 2009: Appointment for visa. Accepted with NO INTERVIEW!!!

November 24, 2009: Took visa in hand from the Embassy!

December 9, 2009- we both fly to AMERICA!!!!!!! (inshallah)
