I'm getting ready to submit my paperwork this week. Probably by the 29th. The question I have is the form I have completed (I-751) has an expiration date of 10/31/09 on the top of the form. If I send it the 29th they will probably receive it after the 31st. Would the form still be valid or should I wait till after the 31st if a new form is released? Or if it was postmarked before the 31st this would not be an issue?

Since the new forms have not been released, you are fine. Sometimes there is a gap between the date on the old forms and the new ones being ready.

you should be fine. as long as you signed the i-751 not after october 31, it should be ok then.

sometimes it will take sometime for uscis to update their expired forms, only cause us delay.

our I-751 was dated october 26, 2009 and we sent it on october 26, 2009.

good luck and god bless.
