question about i130?

Hi guys i recived 2 weeks ago a letter from USCIS ... the letter was saying that my case was shiped to NVC ... and that it has been aproved..

The letter also said that the NVC will contact me in approx. 90 days ...

I applied i august 2004.. for i130 for brother or sister..?

Can someone tell me where am i right now... am i close or ....

NVC

(November)10/19/2009 NVC case number assigned

(Feb) 02/17/2018 Case Completed

(March) 03/06/2018 Visa Interview Scheduled at US Embassy Skopje

Approval of the F4 petition is just the first step. Now, your brother or sister must wait for a visa to become available in the F4 family preference category. Visas are currently available for F4s with petitions filed before June 14, 1999. It will be another 5-6 years before your sibling will get a visa. You need to familiarize yourself with the Visa Bulletin. It tells you when visas become available in every family preference category.

WHAT??? i asked why do they need to contact me ??? because in the I797 that i recived is said that i have to wait up to 90days for NVC to contact me???
